The Max Bitel Greene team provide a full service for both companies and individuals, whether landlord or tenant, including advice, negotiations, the preparation of documents and conduct of proceedings. The firm has conducted proceedings in all courts and tribunals up to the House of Lords.

We do not act solely for landlords or solely for tenants and because of this we believe that we are often able to not only provide more realistic advice but also able to propose practical alternatives to the issue of proceedings for the resolution of disputes.
